A business already running at full shine
Scrubbies was thriving. The owner handled every call personally — and handled it well. Jobs turned around consistently, the calendar stayed busy, and customers loved that he'd pick up even mid-detail on a boat. But a business this good deserved something more efficient than juggling calls from the deck. It just wasn't fair to his hard work.
02 · CUT & POLISH
A brand detailed like a hull
So we built one. We gave the operation the Scrubbies treatment: a fresh, crisp brand and an online scheduler that works alongside him around the clock. Yacht owners pick a slot at 6am before the charter or at midnight from the flybridge — while he stays focused on the finish.
03 · THE REVEAL
Mirror finish, full calendar
Now bookings roll in on their own while he stays on the water. The same great service, minus the interruptions — every hour goes into gelcoat, teak, and stainless, and every vessel leaves looking like it just came off the showroom floor.
