& Launch Policy
Clear terms protect both of us. Here's exactly how payments, launch, and support work on every project — no fine print, no surprises.
A 50% deposit is required to begin all website projects. As is industry standard, the deposit is non-refundable — it locks in your project slot and covers the time invested in your build from day one.
The completed website will be presented for review on a private preview link.
Any revisions requested before launch are considered part of the development process and do not count toward the post-launch support period.
Once the final version is approved, the remaining 50% balance is due.
The website will be published to the live domain only after the final payment has been received.
The post-launch support period begins on the official launch date, after the website has been paid in full and made live.
All payments made toward the project, including the initial deposit, are non-refundable — standard practice in the industry, reflecting the time and work invested in your build and the project slot reserved for you.
As part of this policy update, any previously launched website with an outstanding balance may be temporarily deactivated until the remaining balance has been paid. Once payment is received, the website will be restored and the post-launch support period will begin from the relaunch date.
Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise agreed, Robbie & Code Web Solutions reserves the right to display completed website projects, including screenshots, business names, logos, and a link to the live website, in its portfolio, social media, and other marketing materials. If a project requires confidentiality, the client must request this before the project begins.
AI Disclosure: Websites are designed and built using modern AI-assisted development platforms and tools — not hand-written custom code. This works in your favor: your site launches in weeks instead of months, revisions during the project are faster and easier to make, and updates after launch turn around quicker. Every site is still personally planned, directed, reviewed, and tailored to your business by Robbie & Code Web Solutions.
